For years now, we’ve heard that a generational shift is coming to the engineering marketplace. As our economy rebuilds and 401k retirements bounce back and grow, Baby Boomers are retiring faster than ever. This is especially true on the public sector client side of the business where robust employee retirement systems are changing drastically. As this happens, a younger, more tech-savvy generation is coming to power.

Gen X and Millennials look at things differently, they build relationships differently, they decide differently. This has a huge impact on how engineering consulting firms win work.

Join Frank Lippert to explore the generational changes and learn how to adapt current business development practices to meet these new demands. A new day is dawning, are you ready?

Learning objectives:

  • Understand the new playing field, the new players, and the new game
  • Learn how to use new technology to build relationships effectively
  • Additional changes are coming faster, learn how to get ready for them today
