Following a brief overview of the top 23 problems, attendees will be polled to determine which problems hold the highest priority. The remainder of the session (including real-world case studies) will focus specifically on those top-ranked issues.
You'll also create a client-centric framework (aka "Client Experience" or CX) that detail the critical steps you must take to implement CX within your business to streamline and make more effective your overall firm strategy.
