Over the past year, we've witnessed many high-profile executives brought down by allegations of sexual harassment and worse. And it's important to note that, in most of these cases, there have been either admissions or incontrovertible evidence of wrong doing.

But it's not just executives. Allegations of wrongdoing by lower level supervisors flood workplaces, too. And A/E firms have the added challenge of responding to possible 3rd party harassers, such as contractors.

Join Jonathan Segal to learn how your firm can prevent harm to employees and, in the process, minimize reputational and legal risk. You'll examine:

  • The core elements of a comprehensive compliance program with the emphasis on common gaps and/or mistakes
  • Preventive steps that will maximize the likelihood that an organization’s compliance efforts will permeate the culture
  • The backlash to the #metoo movement in which some men are avoiding women to avoid harassment claims and how to mitigate the likelihood that such discrimination will occur
